About Scurti Consulting

Launched in 2019 with a desire to help communities and companies in distressed U.S. regions, Scurti Consulting offers a unique array of services to organizations engaged in economic development projects.  The firm’s principal, Evan Scurti, has built a successful 18-year career as an Ohio-based economic development practitioner, and he understands the pressure from stakeholders and taxpayers to deliver results in the near-term.  While Evan is a proponent of long-term planning, and can offer valuable insights during plan formulation and implementation, his strength is the creation of specific action plans that deliver the capital investment, infrastructure upgrades, and business site improvements that have been on your books waiting for the right mix of community coordination, grant-writing, and inspired leadership.

Evan’s long career in two small Ohio communities, each experiencing similar industrial revitalization dynamics, proved to him that local governments, as well as companies approaching them for tax incentives and other assistance, often sell themselves short.  America’s communities still provide a platform for sustained economic success and a wonderful quality of life for residents.  Leaders simply need to see the untapped potential of the opportunities directly in front of them.  Contact Scurti Consulting to benefit from this unique perspective.  Evan will show your team that your vision can be more than a dream.  Let’s get started on the step-by-step process that will deliver the tangible results that your constituents deserve.
